Agronomist Rob Klueppel works on a range of crops on more than 20,000 acres. With a variety of crops grown, including corn, beans and wheat, Klueppel has his work cut out for him when advising growers about herbicides and fungicides.

Klueppel has seen great success with a number of BASF herbicides, including Sharpen® herbicide, powered by Kixor® herbicide technology.

To help farmers keep marestail at bay in soybean crops, Klueppel recommends Sharpen herbicide.

“Our fields are clean,” said Klueppel. “We can track the sprayer where we didn’t get to the edge all the way, and we’ve got marestail on our borders, but the fields are clean. After I spray Sharpen herbicide on marestail, I don’t have to worry about it. They’re gone.”
